Residential developments

Currently involved in various aspects of planning, design and interim inspection of construction on a number of one off houses throughout Counties Cork and Waterford.

Extensions to a number of schools

We currently act on behalf of a number of Boards of Management and have been involved in significant extensions and emergency works carried out under auspices of Department of Education.

Community Development

We are currently involved in the development of a Youth Café in County Waterford in conjunction with Foroige.

Litigation

We are continuously involved in providing engineering advice in legal disputes, which involves preparation of reports and presentation of engineering evidence in court.
